Delivery area
We deliver within Japan (excluding some remote islands). Items requiring refrigeration will be shipped separately according to their temperature requirements.
Estimated shipping cost
Standard shipping: 800 yen (tax included) nationwide.
Refrigerated/frozen delivery: from 1,200 yen (price varies by region)
Free shipping on orders over ¥15,000 (some exclusions apply).
Delivery days
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. Shipping times for seasonal products such as fruits and seafood may vary depending on harvest and catch conditions at the producing regions.
