"Go" represents a region, hometown, land, and the people who live there. "Sai" represents the vibrant colors of food, the richness of the four seasons, and the diverse food cultures, individuality, and characteristics of each region. "Gosai" is a food sales site that delivers not only ingredients and specialty products from all over Japan, but also the local climate, the passion of the producers, and the techniques and stories that have been passed down through generations. More than just a place to sell food, it aims to be a market that connects regions and people, dinner tables and producers, and present and future cultures through the joy of food.
